Ana Alvarez Grullón is Partner at Keensight Capital, where she leads the firm’s ESG and sustainability agenda across its portfolio. With more than 15 years of international experience, she has built a career at the intersection of private equity, sustainable business strategy, and responsible investment. At Keensight, Ana drives the integration of ESG into investment decisions and portfolio value creation, shaping policies and practices that align with global standards and investor expectations. Her work focuses on translating sustainability into strategic advantage for both the firm and its companies. Prior to joining Keensight, Ana was a Senior Manager at EY, advising asset manager clients on ESG and sustainable finance. She worked with global investors to develop frameworks for climate action, regulatory compliance, and sustainability-linked investment strategies. Earlier, she served as International Affairs and Sustainability Director at Atrevia, delivering projects in sustainable development and public affairs for multilateral organizations and European corporates. Ana holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and an MBA from EAE Business School. She is also a CFA Institute certificate holder in ESG Investing.

Harriet is UK Private Capital’s Head of Sustainability Policy. Her role includes leading on sustainability related policy matters for the UK private capital industry. This includes unlocking private capital for net zero, value creation, scaling impact investing, DEI and sustainability regulation and reporting. A key element of Harriet’s role also includes empowering industry members to integrate sustainability and impact investing approaches into their business strategies by working with member firms to develop practical guidance and insights, supporting private capital to navigate the sustainability landscape. Prior to joining UK Private Capital, she spent several years in environmental consultancy leading and directing on environmental due diligence and ESG related service line projects.

Alex is ESG Director at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. Sitting within LDC’s Value Creation Partners team, he supports portfolio companies on all aspects of ESG, which is embedded throughout the lifecycle of its partnerships, from the initial investment through to exit. Alex spends the majority of his time identifying how ESG can be used as a value creation lever across LDC’s portfolio, implementing both portfolio company specific and portfolio wide programmes to drive commercial value from environmental, social and governance initiatives.

Francesco specialises in ESG integration and impact measurement & management in private markets. Drawing on academic background in economics and environmental management, he previously worked at Deloitte, where he supported private equity firms and commercial banks in developing responsible investment strategies. Since joining Three Hills in 2023, he has focused on the design and implementation of the firm’s ESG and impact investing framework across the full investment lifecycle, including post-investment value creation.

James joined Growth Capital Partners in 2025 to lead the value creation function. As Portfolio Growth Director, he partners closely with management teams across the portfolio to drive profitable growth and unlock long-term value.

With more than 28 years of experience in consulting and transformation, Carole Davies-Filleur has advised global corporations, mid-sized companies, and private equity firms on integrating sustainability into their business strategies. Formerly a Managing Director at Accenture, where she led Sustainability & Technology across Europe, she co-founded Archery Sustainability in 2024. A mother of four, she also serves as a city councillor in France and actively supports non-profit organizations focused on education and environmental stewardship.

Yohan is Director of ESG and Responsible Investing at Adams Street Partners, where he leads responsible investment initiatives across the firm, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into the investment process. He is chair of Adams Street’s ESG Committee and a member of the firm’s Impact Investment Committee. Yohan’s career in corporate sustainability and sustainable finance spans over two decades, combining extensive experience providing data-leveraged sustainability insights to both publicly-listed and privately-held companies, as well as a variety of institutional investors globally.

Marta Jankovic is the Head of Sustainability at Stafford Capital Partners. Marta works closely with Stafford’s leadership and investment teams and is focused on shaping Stafford’s sustainable investing strategy, fostering engagement with clients, policy and industry stakeholders. Prior to joining Stafford, Marta held senior advisory and directorship positions at global investment firms. She was responsible for the delivery of RI strategy in alternative investments at APG Asset Management, representing the global RI team on the Committee for Investment Proposals, and later advised APG’s Private Markets teams on implementation of EU’s SFDR. Marta was also a Director in the Stewardship team at BlackRock, where she was responsible for providing leadership on ESG research and insights, as well as voting and engaging with public companies in the EMEA region. Marta is a member of the Mission Committee of Armen, a purpose-driven GP stakes investor.

Clemence joined Federated Hermes Private Equity in 2024 as a Principal in the Portfolio Strategy & Solutions team. She oversees ESG and sustainability across investments, including due diligence, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, she was an ESG Product Specialist at Janus Henderson, driving ESG integration across Fixed Income, and held client-focused ESG roles at PIMCO and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Clemence is French, fluent in English and French, and holds degrees from London Business School (MiF) and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (MSc).

Salma Moolji is the European ESG Lead at Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager with approximately $644 billion in assets under management. She leads ESG strategy, integration and engagement initiatives across European investments. Previously, she held ESG, climate, and impact leadership roles at British International Investment and worked with organisations including Verisk Maplecroft, UNDP and Chatham House. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BAhons from McGill University.

Fiona leads on progressing ESG initiatives for ECI and its portfolio, and sits on ECI’s ESG Committee. She focuses on helping our portfolio companies with areas such as DEI and sustainability, and showing them how ESG is intrinsic to running a successful business. Having worked in private equity since 2016, Fiona has seen first-hand how the industry's approach to ESG has evolved and is excited about what lies ahead.

Felicity is an Investment Director at Climate Investment, a specialist decarbonisation investor. She leads transactions into venture and growth stage companies which have developed innovative technologies to reduce global emissions. Select investments include robotics for industrial inspection, rare earth recycling, AI for industrial efficiency, green steel, batteries, and novel industrial motors.

Erik Thijs Wedershoven is Director responsible for ESG at NPM Capital, a 78 year old PE firm in the Netherlands. NPM has a flexible investment horizon which allows to actively support companies in long-term value creation and integrate ESG as a lens to all key investment decisions. Prior to joining NPM, he led the EY Sustainability Consulting practice in the Netherlands and has been active in various international organisations in the realm of sustainable development, also as a Supervisory Board member, over the past 20 years.

Stephanie Wall is Senior Sustainability Director at Palatine Private Equity, a B Corp certified UK lower mid-market firm with over a decade of award-winning ESG practice. She leads ESG across Palatine's funds, spanning pre-deal due diligence through to exit, with a particular focus on translating sustainability improvements into commercial value. With more than 15 years in responsible investment, including eight years at a global consultancy, she brings deep practical experience of embedding ESG across diverse, high-growth businesses.

Lindee Wong is Director of Climate and Biodiversity at Tikehau Capital in Paris, leveraging over 15 years of experience in energy and finance. A nuclear engineer by training, she specializes in power systems, energy transition dynamics and infrastructure resilience. Lindee plays a key role in shaping and implementing the Group’s climate strategy across all asset classes. Previously, she held senior advisory roles guiding corporates, financial institutions, and governments on energy and climate strategy and policy, with a focus on the energy, heavy industry, and mining sectors.
